Common concrete repairs
We handle crack filling and sealing, surface resurfacing and overlay, slab leveling (mudjacking), spalling and flaking repair, expansion joint replacement, and partial slab replacement where only a section needs to come out. The right repair depends on what caused the damage. We diagnose the issue before recommending a fix so you're not paying to patch something that's going to fail again.
When to repair vs. replace
Minor surface cracks and cosmetic damage are almost always repairable. Deep structural cracks, significant settling, or concrete that's broken into multiple pieces usually means replacement is the better long-term investment. We'll be straight with you: if a repair will hold, we'll recommend it. If you're better off replacing, we'll tell you that too. No reason to pour new concrete over a problem that's going to come back.
Repair pricing
Concrete repairs vary widely depending on the type and extent of damage. Simple crack sealing starts around $150-300. Resurfacing typically runs $3 to $7 per square foot depending on condition. Slab leveling typically costs $500 to $1,500 depending on the area. We provide a detailed quote after inspecting the damage in person. Most repair estimates are free and take about 20 minutes on site.
